vwebbb − install a boundary file into the SIMBA web system

vwebbb if=<boundary> ig=<image> ud=<user-id> sd=<case-id> in=<inst> sn=<directory> [bn=<bnd-name>] [-v ]

Vwebbb creates a bookmark file for a boundary file and inserts them into the SIMBA web system. The boundary files must be a correct in both format and bounds with respect to the target image. The bookmark will set its focus at the center of the boudary bounding box. Window settings are for Lung CT.

1. The boundary file must be a correctly bounded VX_3D file. 2. Boundaries are converted from a z-based third coordinate
to a frame-based third coordinate for use in SIMBA 3. The command imginfo is expected to be available

All the parametric arguments but bn= or -v must be explicilty stated.

if=<boundary file name>

the boundary file to be inserted

ig=<image file name>

the name of the image file associated with the boundary

ud=<user id>

the name of the user associated with the boundary file

sd=<study id>

the study ID of the SIMBA case

in=<institution id>

the institution of the SIMBA case

sn=<directory>

the image directory, i.e. the DICOM stduy UID for DICOM images, or ubase for uploaded images or images for derived images

bn=<boundary name>

the name that labels the boundary in the SIMBA system
