vvrtlbl − performs vertebrae labeling.

SYNOPSIS

vvrtlbl if=<infile1> iv=<infile2> ic=<infile3> is=<infile4> of=<outfile> op=<outfile2> -l -w -v -d

DESCRIPTION

vvrtlbl takes in the segmented spine mask (if), a valley image obtained from the bone map (iv), the center of spinal canal (ic), the filtered CT scan (is) and outputs the labeled vertebrae and the dividing planes. It first fits centerlines to the spinal canal image. Then the spine image is split based on the centerlines. Finally the split spine is labeled.

CONSTRAINT

Input file if is the segmented spine. iv is a valley image obtained from the segmented bone. ic is an image containing the center of spinal canal. is the filtered scan. Output file of is the segmented and labeled vertebrae map. op is the dividing planes.
