vstra - Segment the trachea from the output of vslung
SYNOPSISvstra [-H] [if=<inputfile>] [ig=<inputfile>] [of=<outputfile>] [-v]
DESCRIPTIONvstra automatically segments the trachea from the results of vslung output of vslung is the segmented lung parenchyma and trachea together in a binary image. The original scan is also required.
Typically these masks are stored in a map image created by vchest.
