vodconv - organ definition converter

SYNOPSIS

vodconv [if=] [of=]

DESCRIPTION

vodconv converts a CSV organ definition file to the organ definition file used by vchest.

First part of CSV file defines a code for each organ label and should have a line for each organ, containing a label, code, and description. An example of a line in CSV organ file is "lung, 200, left and right lungs".

The second part defines the organ hierarchy (macro), and a word "MACRO" should be used in the file to indicate the beginning of the hierarchy section. In this part, each line

contains a macro label and the comma-separated labels to be included into the macro. An example is "bone, ribs, vertebrae". Note that a macro label should also have a code defined in the first part of the file.
