vlogtype − classifies nodule candidates into isolated, attached and irrelevant types for a given set
SYNOPSISvlogtype [if=<searchmask>] [ic=<incandfile>] [of=<outcandfile>] [-t] [-v]
DESCRIPTIONvlogtype scans through the <input-candidate-file> and assigns isolated type (1) to a candidate if its center is within the <search-space-mask> and corresponding sphere does not intersect with the mask’s boundary; assigns attached type (0), if there is an intersection; and assigns irrelevant type (-1) otherwise.
