vhclip − clip image in HU or scaled intensity values
SYNOPSISvhclip [if=] [of=] [] [-s] [-c] [-w] [-v] i[-d]
DESCRIPTIONvhclip will clip the pixels in a short image between on or two levels. If pixel scale information is available the clip limits will be in the scaled space. That is, for a CT image the clip vales will be in HU.
If the th= parameter is specified then the image is thresholded (again at the scaled value) and a binary byte image is created haeing the values 0 and 255.
OPTIONSif=<input file>
specifies a VisionX image input file.

specifies a VisionX image output file.
