vffat − constrains pericardial fat based on heart region.

SYNOPSIS

vffat if=<map> ig=<map2> base=<hrtbase> of=<outmap>

DESCRIPTION

vffat constrains the location of pericardial fat. Pericardial fat is at the same level with the segmented heart (both top and bottom). Note that bottom is the estimated diaphragm location (base=). It also prints out the heart volume and pericardial fat volume (pixel space). vffat is used as a final check after potential morphological operations before printing out the measured volume (as compared to vhfat.c).

CONSTRAINT
