vclavicle − clavicle segmentation
SYNOPSISvclavicle if= im= of= [-v] [-d]
DESCRIPTIONvclavicle segments the clavicles from a non-contrast chest CT scan. The inputs include the CT scan and the organ map with segmented airway and lungs. The output is the updated organ map with the segmented clavicles added. It first identifies the bone candidates and clavicle seed candidates based on thresholding and noise filtering. It then calls vclav for clavicle segmentation.
