vban2d − Perform nodule analysis using manual 2D markings

SYNOPSIS

vban2d if=<image> bf=<boundary file> [r=<nod>]

DESCRIPTION

Vban2d performs analysis on a nodule from a lung CT scan based on a 2D manual marking file, typically created with vdview or the Java viewer. The marking can either be a uni-dimensional, bi-dimensional, or 3D boundary marking; vban2d will determine the marking type and perform the analysis accordingly.

Vban2d outputs the following values: nod (nodule number), volume, type (always set to manual)

OPTIONS

	if=		Path to VisionX image file of a CT scan.
	bf=		Full path to the bookmark file of interest.
	r=		Remove specified nodule from nod.en in working directory
