vdcr − inverts an VisionX-DICOM image (or the files in a directory) if negative

VisionX image files with a VX_DICOM element have a tag describing their photometric interpretation: MONOCHROME1 for negative and MONOCHROME2 for positive. If and only if the image is a negative one, vdcr will invert the image pixels and set the image photometric interpretation to positive (MONOCHROME2).

ix=<input filename or directory>

specifies name of a VisionX file with a VX_DICOM element or the name of a directory. In the latter case, all the files within the specified directory will be processed.
