On July 13, 2007 the inaugural meeting of the Lung Cancer Group entitled "Multidisciplinary Approaches to Lung Cancer: Moving Towards Personalized Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment" was held on the Ithaca campus to foster collaborations between the researchers at the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City and researchers at the main Cornell Campus in Ithaca.
From the very lively break-out sessions a number of working groups were
created.
